Booking Policy
Deposits:
A deposit of 30% of your service must be paid over the phone or in person when making a first time appointment for a colour service with Kelly Elle Salon. This is to secure your booking and will be taken off your bill on the day of your appointment. Please allow 24 hrs notice to reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancelation fee.
Cancelation Policy:
50% of your service will be charged for no-shows and “on the day” cancellations. You will be required to pay an additional booking deposit if you wish to book again.
Our stylists time is very valuable and we work hard to ensure we provide ample time just for you.
Clients that cancel under 24hrs more than twice as well as no-shows will be required to pay for their service in full which is non-refundable for late cancellations.

Kelly Elle Salon is a proudly a Sustainable Salon. This means we recycle and repurpose all of our plastics, foil, paper, hair and chemical waste to help sustain a better planet for our futures.
